Looking for a company that knows your coach! Why not stop at the factory service department for your next service. They are the factory and know your coach best, and do have a customer lounge you can wait in while your coach is being repaired. (Pets are allowed in the lounge area.) If overnight stays are needed your coach is returned to the parking lot where 50 amp and water hookups are available. You do have to be out of your coach at 7:00am in order for it to be returned to the service area. Your coach is returned to the parking lot at 3 – 3:30pm. The parking spaces are large and you can put out all your slides so you can enjoy the evening. Scheduling an appointment is a must and you can arrive a day early if your schedule permits (this is a good suggestion if your appointment is on a Monday.)

Quick and responsive service can be expected at this National RV Dealer. They have very nice air conditioned lounge that you can wait in while work is being done (pets are welcome), but no overnight facilities are available. We had a slide problem at the Pendleton NRV Rally. NRV Service Tech’s diagnosed the problem and had the parts shipped to Dillon. This work was scheduled for a Saturday, there service department is open on Saturday’s. Unfortunately the parts were wrong, Dillon promptly ordered the correct parts installed them on Tuesday and we were on our way. They are available to do work days, evenings, and weekends in emergencies, and does mobile work. They have over 18 years experience in the industry. They handle Roadmaster, Blue Ox, US Gear and Remco towing products. The Hitch Pro & Tow people were wonderful. We were there at 8:00am and they parked us in the gravel lot beside their establishment. They had some scheduled work they had to complete before they could look at us. They got to us at about 9:30am. At first we thought it was some corrosion in the connections, so they changed those. It wasn't. But they wouldn't quit. They contacted US Gear, got some electrical test numbers and traced the problem to the US Gear brake ECM in the jeep. They had inventory, replaced the part and we were on the road by 11:30am. I'd recommend we add them to our PacNats list. Recommended by Don Renoe.

This company is service only and can do warranty work on several makes of coaches. They replaced a rubber roof on the Hilton’s Dolphin on time and under quote.

They offer a number of innovative products to improve steering, to improve motion control in air suspension systems, toad towing products, to name a few for motor homes. They're a Workhorse service center.

We had a great experience at Henderson Line-Up in Grants Pass. They were wonderful, as Mike Skinner described. I had them install their Supersteer bell crank, their Supersteer steering stabilizer and their motion control system for air suspension systems. What a huge improvement in the steering. I can't understand why Freightliner doesn't include these items in their chassis design. As well, the Henderson people adjusted the coach ride height, tightened the steering box, replaced a couple of leaking tire fill valve cores, and weighed the coach to determine correct air pressures. I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat. Their marketing team was there and I did a short interview for them. As well they took some pictures of our coach in front of the Henderson shop. This company offers complete RV detailing ranging from wash only to complete wash/hand wax/buff/polish. They offer PacNat members a 10% discount on their services. Recommended by Mike & Barbara Skinner.

We would recommend this company for collision or maintenance repair. They are located just off I-5 at exit 136. We had a major roof leak and called them. They got us right in and fixed the leak in a matter of minutes and we were back on the “Happy Trail.” They also gave me the information on how to reseal the roof and the correct sealer to use. They have also been used by us to fix a slide problem and window replacement. Their work is fast, on time, and reasonable. They have also fixed our Dolphin slide pads. Service Department is very helpful. We had an electrical problem on a Friday afternoon. We made an appointment of 3:00 that afternoon from the road. They took the coach at 3:00 (right on time) and fixed the problem on less than 30 minutes and we were back on the “happy trail”. We are very satisfied with their service department.
